Fun, friendly and helpful lady with tons of questions or a quiet puzzle. I have a medical background and am CPR Certified. I teach Yoga, for 65+ and those with mobility issues. I swim, hike and enjoy playing outdoors whenever I can. I'm an active mother of 4, on the go!
