Working alongside 5 Cleaning Operatives as part of a wider cleaning company consisting of 16 staff members and providing cleaning services to external commercial companies. Key Responsibilities Ensuring the high standards of cleanliness of offices, reception areas, corridors, and lifts Promoting and maintaining a safe, secure and clean working environment Cleaning, disinfecting and replenishing washrooms to ensure adherence to required hygiene standards Closing windows and doors upon completion to enforce a secure and safe working environment Delivering effective training to new employees in the effective execution of cleaning procedures Attending monthly team meetings with managers to provide feedback and offer recommendations on potential procedural improvements Vacuuming of floors, and the dusting and polishing of desks and shelves Promptly and efficiently emptying waste bins and transporting waste to designated areas
