Job Description:
As an Experienced Senior Companion, you will:
- Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors in their homes.
- Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care.
- Engage seniors in meaningful conversations and activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
- Foster a safe and supportive environment while respecting the dignity and independence of the individual.
- Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals regarding the needs and preferences of seniors.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a senior companion or caregiver, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of senior care principles and practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to exhibit patience, empathy, and compassion in all interactions.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is a plus.
