Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails. - Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices. - Troubleshoot and debug applications, identifying and fixing performance bottlenecks. - Mentor junior developers and participate in knowledge sharing sessions. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in web development, with a strong focus on Ruby on Rails. - Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with relational databases and database design principles. - Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
