Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
We are hiring a talented Ruby on Rails Developer with at least 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing high-quality web applications and possess a solid understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies. You will work closely with our project managers and other developers to create efficient, scalable, and effective solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement compelling features.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks to enhance our development practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with databases, specifically PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Proven ability to work in an Agile development environment.
