We’re hiring patient and compassionate Alzheimer’s and dementia caregivers in Dallas, TX to support seniors living with memory-related conditions. As a dementia caregiver, you’ll help clients maintain comfort, routine, and safety while providing emotional reassurance and daily living assistance.

This role is ideal for individuals who are empathetic, observant, and understand the unique needs of seniors experiencing memory loss. You’ll offer companionship, engage clients in memory-supportive activities, and create a calm environment that encourages familiarity and trust.

Job Specifications:

Responsibilities – Provide personal care, monitor safety, assist with meals and routines, and offer companionship.

Skills – Empathy, patience, attentiveness, and excellent communication.

Qualifications – Prior experience in Alzheimer’s or dementia care preferred.

Education Requirements – High school diploma or equivalent; caregiver or dementia training is an advantage.

Experience Requirements – At least 1 year of caregiving or memory care experience.
